3.3. Delete a user account

The customer account manager can delete one or more user account(s).

[Important]

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that unused accounts are deleted for security reasons.

  1. From the administration menu go to Users.

  2. Delete the necessary users.

  3. From the administration menu, click on the my subscription menu.

  4. Click Change my options. Remove the number of deleted users (depending on their role: editor and/or reviewer). Confirm the action.
